Having a solid training background and over 10 years of experience Matt is level
3 personal trainer driven to get clients their desired goals. With over 10 year
experience in strength training, conditioning, cardio, weight, and sport
specific training Matt has seen and done it all and so knows what works and what
doesn't.
Having around 8 years of martial arts experience and studying in a wide range of
martials arts including Thai-boxing, Submission Wrestling, Chinese Kick-Boxing,
Boxing, Brazilian Jui Jitsu and Tae Kwon Do, has helped Matt learn
numerous exercises that are appropriate for both gym and home use, making home
training much more interesting and easier.
Nutrition plays an important role in it all and knows what works and what
doens't work and so supplementation is important and often overlooked.
Qualified in dietary advice Matt can help with general dietary equiries as well
as point you to the product you need rather than leaving you in the dark.
